Why won't my link to camp dixie work?

If you click the last option in the drop down box: "camp dixie", when the page loads the link (which I've told to open in a new window) doesn't work. 

I'm using a Mac and safari. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not sure that I understand what you mean?

Are you referring to the option in your dropdown box going to camp dixie not working?

Did you maybe mean a hyperlink for some of your text in there? Or? 

When I visit your form this is what I currently see below - 

KadeJM - Thanks for responding. Originally when you clicked on the link drop down "Camp Dixie", camp dixie was a link to their site (in the body). It worked on jot form but when I looked at the linked jot form from the website the link would not show. 

It must've only been a problem for a bit because tried it today and was successful. Thanks for offering to help.
