I'm set up a TEST form. I don't seem to get the thank you message page after I submit.Also, I have not received any notification emails when someone signs up?Page URL:

I have created another post to answer your email issue.
I have reviewed your form. To fix the issue you are having with the THANK YOU page, press the USE CUSTOM PAGE
Once you have made your changes, do not forgot to press the SAVE CHANGES buttons

it is still not showing a thank you page -- I just upgraded to SILVER

You can also change your thank you page message by clicking on Edit text option.
When you edit your Thank you message click on Save Changes Option.
