Form full, not allowing submissions

    We use Jot Forms on our website. We continually get emails from our customers saying that the Jot Forms are full and they cannot submit any more. My boss wants me to figure this out and I honestly have no clue how to fix it! Can you please help me out!!! Our website is

    I checked your website but I was unable to find Jotform in there. Can you give us the page where you have embedded Jotform so we can check? You may have added a limit on your submissions or you have reached your submission limit. To fix this you can upgrade. See Jotform Pricing.

    I found the form Kelly and from what I can see, the form is currently under a guest account guest_42577707396064. This means that we can move it to anyone that requests this from us, so please do create an account and once you do we would be able to check this out for you.

    You can create a free account, but it must be an account - the guest account has lower permissions which might be causing the same issue as well.

    As mentioned, please do signup or ask your boss to signup to a free account and once you let us know the username we will move the form and the submissions associated with it to the new account - and if the same issue still exists, help you resolve it.
