Problems with a new form

I am trying to create a new form and every time I go to preview it takes me to an error page that says form not found, form is disabled. and also while I am trying to edit it when I go to the designer option to change background and such it never loads...stays on that page forever!

Can you try logging out then logging in again and see if the issue still persist? What particular browser have you used when the issue happened?
