Embedded form does not workAsked by ODETTE on October 02, 2015 at 01:04 AM
I've been trying to use this form but it doesn't work: http://silvereye.org/f16apply/
Even when I fill in all the fields and then click on 'next' it does not go to the next page.
I've tried Firefox and Safari without success. I've done it from a Mac and a PC.
I have tested form embedded on website you provided and I was able to replicate mentioned issue.
I noticed that you have embedded your form with script code. We recommend using of iFrame code. Please re embed your form with iFrame code to see if that will resolve you issue. Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form:
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for that - but the form isn't mine! I am end-user for the form, not the owner.
Unfortunately, we don't have control or access on the webpage. Our forms are only embedded on the webpage. I checked the form directly (http://www.jotform.com/form/52295036112144), and the next button is working properly.
The issue only happens if the form is embedded on the webpage. It is possible that there are script conflict between the form and the webpage.
The owner needs to re-embed the form using the Iframe method on his webpage.
