form embed on wordpressAsked by vincenzodigi on October 02, 2015 at 04:57 AM
i've created a form and i've embedded on my wordpress.org site with the jot form embed plugin, it is displayed correctly but it doesnt work, i mean, i've divided my multi page form in some different pages adding "conditions", if this than that, well this "conditions" doesnt work every times but they work just some times.
what can i do?
It appears the iframe containing the form is missing the form URL in its src attribute, this prevents the scripts from being correctly preloaded.
Kindly re-embed the form again using the iframe method and ensure the src attribute has the form link in it.
hi sammy thanks for your clear answer.
so i just need to re-embed the form using iframe method and copy the src lines you circled in red and paste it to the iframe code right?
It should be working fine using iframe method. You may also take a look at WordPress plugin that can be installed on WordPress to embed the forms on your website. Please take a look at the following guide that can help you in installing WordPress plugins.
