    hi jotform,

i've created a form and i've embedded on my wordpress.org site with the jot form embed plugin, it is displayed correctly but it doesnt work, i mean, i've divided my multi page form in some different pages adding "conditions", if this than that, well this "conditions" doesnt work every times but they work just some times.

    what can i do?

It appears the iframe containing the form is missing the form URL in its src attribute, this prevents the scripts from being correctly preloaded.

Kindly re-embed the form again using the iframe method and ensure the src attribute has the form link in it.

It seems that you have embedded your form using Javascript method which is conflicting with other scripts on the webpage. So, it is requested to re-embed the form using iframe embed method. Please refer to the guide below to get the iframe embed code.

It should be working fine using iframe method. You may also take a look at WordPress plugin that can be installed on WordPress to embed the forms on your website. Please take a look at the following guide that can help you in installing WordPress plugins.
