Delete submissions/uploaded files

Hi,

my account shows that i have 88mb of uploaded files.

I have couple of questions regarding this:

1. As soon i know, all forms with submissions containing files are moved to another account. So why this 88mb are still there?

2. I could find no possibility to delete submissions. This button: http://i.imgur.com/YzyQJ9a.png seems to delete whole form, write?

3. How can i filter submissions which are containing files?
