Auto Delete Submissions App login says successful then asks to login again

    I'm trying to implement the auto delete submissions app that you have available however, after inputting my login information, I get a message that says the login was successful for two seconds then it asks me to login again. I can't seem to get past this point which means I can't apply the app which means I can't implement the auto delete functionality that I need.

    Is there a step that I'm missing? Is there another way I can implement the app?

    Kindly try login in to your account normally then access the submissions deletion plugin.

    http://auto-delete.jotform.io/dashboard

    If the issue still persists kindly let us know and we will look into this further.

    Log out of your account, then, log back in at http://www.jotform.com After that, when you go the link:

    http://auto-delete.jotform.io/

    Then, clicking on "Proceed to app", you should be presented with this screen, instead of the log in screen:

    Clicking "Allow" should forward you to the app:

    If it still does not work, try a fresh browser, FireFox or Chrome tend to work best.  There may be a browser setting preventing the pop-ups from properly forwarding your login details to the app.
