Hello, we have an application form that needs to have a required payment submitted with it of $48. However, we have one option on the application that requires a $298 payment with the application. So depending on what the person filling out the form selects, there will either be a $48 payment required or a $298 payment required. How can we set this up? Your timely response is greatly appreciated because we have applications coming in each day so if the payment options are not set up correctly it causes quite a mess. Thanks so much for your time!

Hi,
This could be accomplished quite easily using Calculation values:
http://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
Assign values to your trip selections. I assigned 48 to Belize and 298 to Nepal in your "Mission Trip" field.
A calculation field to capture the value:

Then forwarding that value to a required payment field:

I set up a copy of your form with the what I believe is the the setup you are looking for:

You can clone it to your account if you would like:

If you have any questions regarding this setup, let us know and we will be happy to clarify whatever you'd like.
