Incomplete Paypal payments

If the user's payment doesn't go through, is the name added to the normal completed submissions?? Or does it just stay in the incomplete payment section.  Does the user (person who is registering) know that their payment wasn't complete so they can try again??

    Hi,

To learn more about the Incomplete Payments, please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/

You can check the submission details by clicking the list in the "Incomplete Payments" option.

I believe users would be aware if they have completed a payment, first the Paypal payment gateway will be displayed after clicking the submit button

You and the buyer should receive an email from Paypal if a transaction has been completed successfully.

I also noticed that you only have one product, and by default it is hidden:

You can display/SHOW it so that your users would be aware that they will be paying for a product.

    I hope this helps.
