Send an email after submission conditional logic

I've create an email notification to send email to a@mydomain.com.  And I set a condition to make it send to b@mydomain.com when a selected field was filled value B.  

If the filed was filled value B, I will get the notification both in a@mydomain.com and b@mydomain.com.  How could I set to make it send to b@mydomain.com only?

Also when I sent the condition, where could I set the email detail (sender name, subject, etc.)

Select the SEND AN E_MAIL AFTER SUBMISSION
