Conditions Limited to 25?

I have 25 conditions in a form. For some reason, when I try to add #26, it deletes/replaces #25. Is there a limit to the conditions per form?

Glad to hear you were able to get things figured out.  Conditions should not be limited to only 25.  However, if add a very large amount of conditions (100+) there may be some slowdown due to the browser having to check all the conditions.
