The submission timestamp on my form quit working

    Hi,

     

    As soon as I upgraded my account from the free to the next level up, the submission timestamp function quit populating on the google sheet that is integrated with my form.  Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    I sent a couple submissions through my test form to see if the time stamp functionality was still working in the google spreadsheet integration and it appears to still be working properly:

    Try removing the integration and connecting it back again.  That will ensure that anything that might be bugged is cleared.

    If that does not allow for the proper time stamp to be forwarded, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
