i need to update my account free to broze. but its showing your card is decline please help. i need to fix this issue by today itself.

Please follow this user guide to upgrade your subscription account.

***IMPORTANT: make sure you are logged into your JotForm account, before proceeding.
1. Click on the Human shape icon.
2. Go to Billing/Upgrade section
3. Notice that the account is on Free status, just select any of the plans and click onUpgrade.
4. From here, a window will show up where you can choose the payment schedule and payment method. You can choose either monthly, yearly or bi-yearly plans.
Was there any specific error message why your Credit Card was declined? Usually the reason for the decline is also indicated on the error message.
