My forms are disabled

I have now tried to create a business registration form using the template in the Jot Forms system and it has been repeatedly disabled? I am using the form to register users wholesale login accounts for my distribution website. Users need to be over 18 and own some type of business in order to gain access to pricing and retail sales materials that are related to the brands that they would be purchasing from my warehouse. I am still building my catalog on Go Daddy and every time I try to add the source code, the form comes back disabled?

Why would a stock template be disabled? I am not phishing, this form is hidden and only accessible after I provide the link to the page. I am simply using this to keep electronic track of all my customers without having to manually enter in each client.

I have deleted and re added the template probably 20 times and still get the same results.....

Can someone please explain why I cant seem to get an active source code? or why the form keeps locking out and disabling?

I am also trying to build a gateway form that once filled out links the user to another page. This is so the wholesale pricing isnt displayed to the general public. This form is also repeatedly getting disabled.....

So it looks like if I cant build forms without getting locked out, then Jotform is pointless to me.....

Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you.

I have checked your account and it is autosuspended by our Phishing detector. Phishing Detector allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms created everyday for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc.

Considering that I did not found any suspicious fields inside of your forms I have reactivated your account. Your account was suspended because of your form http://www.jotform.us/form/52747904841159 where you have only email field. I would suggest you to delete mentioned form or to add more fields to that form.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Yes I need further assistance.  I need two forms, one to authenticate and one to login.  The auth form goes first followed by the email form.  this is what needs to be on my website

Sounds like for the secure authentication that I need that jotform will not work for me. I am creating a registration required secure database that requires password login.  So I cant use jotform because it doesnt allow for the creation and collection of encrypted data such as id numbers and passwords

Unfortunately as I mentioned on other thread crating forms that are asking for login credentials is a against our Terms of use. You can create login form on your website and then redirect your users to JotForm form.

If you have any other questions about this subject please reply on other thread.
