Upgraded and not able to send emails

    I have just upgraded my membership to bronzes as I reached my capacity for emailsa-I need to email submitted forms but it says that I cannot email any more even though I upgraded

    Are you referring to when replying the submissions like on the following image?

    May we how much limit you get when replying to submissions? Are you locked out after replying up to 2 submissions? Have you tried logging out to your account and logged back in? See if this is going to help. If not, let us know so we can assist you further.
