Is it possible to get an email form has been submitted but not include the form itself?

    I'd like to be notified by email that a client has submitted a form, but because the forms will contain confidential client information, I'd prefer that the form itself not be part of the email notification.

    Is this possible?

    Are there any other security measures I should consider to ensure my client's info remains secure and confidential? There  will NOT be any payment processing included in the form.

    You can create a notifier in the form: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications. You can remove the entire content of the email and replace it with a text or whatsoever that would let you know that a submission has been made in your particular form.

    Your form submissions are secured. We do not have any issues with the data security in the past up until this time. The data will remain secured, but not unless you will share it to anyone publicly. 

    If you want an extra layer of security, you can enable the encryption in the form. Here's our guide for that:
