The submit button redirecting to a blank page

I have tried embedding my form using iframe and followed other bits of advice but the submit buttons on my form either go to please wait, move form tab or about:blank. My form can be found here  http://form.jotformeu.com/form/52754324265355

It seems that the Thank you page was edited/changed from a custom URL which was not saved properly. I see that your form is now redirecting to a Thank you message. I've checked the Thank you page on your form and saved the Thank you message to redirect to it after clicking on Submit. It is now displaying the Thank you page.
