Account Upgrade

    Someone uploaded one video to my jotfom that was over 100MB and I have a free account.  I received the following message from you.  I deleted the video from jotform.  Do I have to upgrade my account for every month going forward just because of this one upload or can I pay for one month and then revert back to free?

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Monday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 100.00 MB of upload space.

    If you need to have more than 100mb available space you should upgrade so that your account will not be disabled. You can choose the payment schedule, from monthly, yearly or bi-yearly. You can cancel your subscription. The cancellation will take effect after your current subscription duration ends.
