I upgraded my account and manually completed the incomplete payments but did not receive the payments.

    I had 14 pending submissions n I manually pushed them thru but I upgraded so I need you to deliver my money for them 14 submissions already paid to you.4045038822'thanks

    Hello mrunknownzone3,

    It seems you have received "Incomplete payments". Please be noted that when PayPal payment form is submitted, user is redirected to PayPal checkout page. If the payment is not settled, the submission will be marked as incomplete payment. 

    Please be noted that we do not receive / retain any payment. JotForm is just a service provider and the payments directly goes to the integrated PayPal account. Manually completing the submission will not process the payment but it will only move the submission from "Incomplete Payments" to submission page. You will have to ask your user's to submit the form again and settle the payment when they are redirect to PayPal checkout page.
