    Unable to log in using chrome

    A form is no longer displaying on our site. I cannot even access the source code within the JotForm portal to troubleshoot. I am unable to log into JotForm in Chrome. I am able to login it in Firefox, but unable to access any of the form tools. Please advise ASAP. I believe this form has been down since Friday evening.

    I am unable to access this thread. It redirects me to my account homepage. When I try logging out it forces me to login again and then lands on my account home page.

    The reason there are multiple threads is because your system gave me an error when I first tried to post and posted it anyway. In fact, this is the third time I have written a response to this question and I have received an error every time I hit post.

    Thank you for providing additional information. Which version of Chrome are you using?

    Have you installed any new Google app recently?

    Maybe this is related to an outdated Chrome version. You can try update your browser version if needed.

    Have you tried accessing your account from another device and experienced the same situation?

    Also is your Internet connection working normally or are you experiencing some connection instability? 

    I inspected the uabmedicine account and could access and use the form editor, so I believe it is not account related. 

    I will still make further tests to try to determine the causes of this situation.
