If I upgrade to bronze can I create a form on one iPad and use it on two iPads?

 I tried form connect which work but was a little clunky and as soon as I tried to move the form to another iPad I found you would only open the form and not allow me to change the data fields.  I need to be able to write up contracts and I want to design the contract once and put it on several iPads

You should be able to open the form from as many devices as you would like using the forms URL:

Create the form on one iPad, then open it via the URL on the rest.

You do not need a subscription to able to do so.
