Which country is the data stored in?

We have regulations in the UK around where confidential data is stored, and we are not able to have the confidential information stored outside the UK. Please can you confirm which country our data is held in while the information is stored in the Jot Form?

Please be noted that we store our data on different data centers in two continents:

#1. 2 datacenters Texas and Virginia in the USA

#2. datacenter in Germany

Does it have to be UK or would it be OK if the data is hosted in another EU country like Germany?

We are considering implementing a solution to replace the Safe Harbor. Would a solution like this work satisfy your needs? 

1. On JotForm settings, you enable a setting that says "Host all form submission data only in European servers."

2. When you select that option we keep your form response data on our servers in Germany and we never transfer the data to US.

We have started on the solution. We hope to complete it next week and send an email to all of our European users about it. 

Please can you confirm when we will receive the e-mail regarding the documents being stored in Germany following our e-mails on 9th October, we require the confirmation to be able to use the Jot form for our record keeping.

I have done this, would it be possible for you to send me an e-mail confirming that, if I have made the selection below for Europe, all our JotForm reports will be stored in Europe so that I can send this to our IG department. If I try and print off the settings page it has some of the settings detail included and I would not like the information to been seen by another parties when we are audited.
