¿puedo contestar el mensaje que envien sobre el auto mensaje que les envio a mis clientes?

bueno hay un mensaje que se envia automaticamente al usuario cuando contesta el formularion, y si el usuario me lo contesta quisiera yo tambien contestarle pero en ese mismo mensaje original sin generar mas correo
