Email Form

    Having issues w the email form notification form appearing.  I have attached a screen shot.

    When did you get that error message? When you opened your email Notification? I have inspected email Notification of your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52726625505961 and it looks like this.

    Maybe it was temporarily issue. If you are still getting same message can you please explain in more details what you are trying to achieve. And provide us steps how did you get that message so that we can try to recreate it on our end.

    It seems that your last post did not came through successfully, so I will quote email that I got:

    "It's fixed now, and I created a form."
