We are trying to use Jotform for our evaluation tool. We have an employee evaluation form created and we send the email link to employees. The employee completes their section of the evaluation, then saves it, and then forwards the form to their supervisor. The supervisor receives the form with the employee information and completes their section and submits.
Is it possible to do this with JotForm? We used this method with Adobe FormCentral. I have already created a form and an email link.

Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to suggest considering the following scenario which is more common in our system.
1) The employee completes their section of the evaluation, and submits the form. An Autoresponder Email with 'submission edit link' inside is being sent to the supervisor.
2) Supervisor uses the edit link to open saved entry and completes the form.
Employee can manually enter the supervisor's email, or select it from a predefined list.
