As of today when I am on the submissions page for the Art Request form I can no longer "Get PDF". The browser waits for Jotform briefly and then nothing happens. I have tried from Chrome and Explorer and from completely different computers. Can you please help?

I have tried to download the PDF of the submissions for the form that you have mentioned and it seems to be working properly.
I have blurred out the values that could reveal some private info, but you can see the screenshot of the downloaded PDF file.
It downloaded without any issues for me over my FireFox.
I do see that you had reported the same issue on 2 different threads in the past:
Can you please tell us if you are able to download the PDF now, and if not, if the steps in your older threads help you resolve the same issue at this time?

@RxPrints thank you for posting on this thread. I can download the PDFs, but since you have reported this issue as well - so there are 2 reports, I have checked with my colleagues and it seems that some of us are able to get it and some are not.

Our dev have already fixed the issue. You can also try now downloading again the PDF report while logged in at http://www.jotform.com/login
Do let us know if issue still persist.
