My custom thank you page is not coming up after a form submission.

My forms are redirected to www.jotform.com after submission, even if I choose to link to a custom page.

I am having the same issue which is effectively halting my ability to capture client requests as the first form I use is to prepopulate the second form which i send the users towards using the custom thankyou page. Please fix urgently!
