Please accept my sincerest apologies. It seems as though one issue is leading to another today. Our developers are looking into the PDF issue as we speak. We hope to have it resolved quite soon.
However nothing is downloaded.
We will update you here as soon as we have a resolution.

I'm having the same problem today - not able to get a PDF from the submissions view. Nothing happens for me. I tried going to www.secure.jotform.com too and got "that webpage is not available"

You can click on the link directly. The link you are trying is invalid.
If that still does not work, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

Our dev have already fixed the issue. You can also try now downloading again the PDF report while logged in at http://www.jotform.com/login
