    Box.net account not getting submissions

    had a couple of times today where my box account didn't get form submissions. Is there any known issue with connectivity?

    I created a test form with box.net integration and the submissions were also not sent to the box.net folder.

    I made further tests and if I create the integration with submission folder auto, without date prefix the folder would be created and the submissions would be received.

    I forwarded this situation to our developers so they can analyse better this situation.

    I used to integrate to box.com as well but the integration failed constantly.  There was never a solution found so I switched to Google Drive.  Unfortunately this integration also fails periodically, but far less than the box.com one.

    Thank you for sharing the information. 

    As it is now, there seems to be issue with our Box.net integration. My colleague had already submitted a bug ticket report to our higher team support regarding the issue.

    We will post update regarding the status of the ticket on this thread when available.

    I was not able to replicate the problem. Can you try testing if this still happens? If so, please try reintegrating your form with Box and see if it still happens.
