The save to PDF option is not working on our forms. This is not just my computer. It is on all different browsers. Any ideas?

Can you please confirm if it was the Get PDF report you are having issue with?
We currently have users reporting issue with the Get PDF report today. Our higher team support are already aware of this and working on the issue.
If this is the same issue you were having, can you please try this workaround if it will work for you.
#1 Logout of JotForm and close your browser
#2 Open your browser and login back to your account using this URL https://secure.jotform.com/login
#3 Go to your My Forms page and select your form you want to download the PDF report.
#4. Use the Get PDF button to download the PDF report.
See if you are able to successfully download the PDF output.
Let us know if this did not work.
