Are you referring to the Get PDF button found in the form's submission page?
I tried to download the PDF in the submission page on one of my forms and I was able to successfully download the PDF. Are you still encountering this issue? Can you try it again and see if it is working now? If the issue still persists, can you provide to us the browser and device you are using to download the PDF. If you are referring to a different concern, please provide us more details regarding this issue so we can further check.
