    Google drive integration working intermittently

    The google drive integration will stop working for a few submissions, then start working again.  This issue, coupled with the ongoing "Access denied when trying to download uploaded files" and "We receive no files on a submission that requires file upload" issues means we have no access to these files when the error occurs.

    We do not consider asking our customer to resubmit the file a solution.

    Hi,

     

    Can you provide us more details regarding the issue? Please provide to us the link of the form in question. Can you also provide us a sample submission where you encounter the "Access denied when trying to download uploaded files" error and  a sample submission where you receive no files that requires file upload so we can further investigate the issue.

    We receive most submissions in our google drive account, but recently, every so often, submissions have been skipped 3-4 at a time.

    This is the form:  http://forms.gocrs.com/form/42465741437963

    A submission where we received no files is at our submission ID: SLO0010296

    Any submissions that had the "Access denied when trying to download uploaded files"  error will no longer have the error by now

    Hi,

     

    Can you try to re-integrate (remove integration and integrate again) Google Drive integration in your form and see if you will still experience the submissions being skipped in Google Drive?

     

    Regarding on the submission where you received no files even if the file upload is required, I am currently checking the issue. Please give me more time to further investigate the issue. I will get back to you as soon as I get a result.

    Hi,

     

    As per further checking, I tried to replicate the issue on no files recieve on submission but I was not able to replicate it. The form won't allow me to submit or go to the next page without uploading a file. Have you embedded your form on your website? If so, can you provide to us the exact URL where you have embedded the form so we can further investigate the issue?
