    Hi!

This morning suddenly my form did not open on any of the devices. Desktop, tablets or mobile. I checked the forum and noticed that there were similar complaints from others. I assume it was on your side.

I checked again after an hour and the form was working on desktop and iPhone but not on iPad.

I checked again after an hour and still not opening on iPad.

Can you please check what the problem is?

My form is embedded using a JS script in a Wordpress website. Please don't suggest embedding using iFrame method because I have tried it and it messes my layout a lot.

Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.

    Madhu

    Hi Madhu,

I checked the site that you have provided and the form is properly displayed on your site. It seems that this issue has now been fixed. Can you try again and check if you can now view your form?

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

    Hi Chriistian,

Thank you for your response. Yes, the form is now opening on iPad!

Now  I have a different problem with the form on iPad

    1) I am having problem with the Next button on first page of the form.

When the form loads for the first time the Next button on the first page does not respond at all. I have to refresh the page and load the form the second time in order for it to work.

I am using the Mobile Responsive Widget on the form.

The form is embedded in my Wordpress website using the JotForm embed plugin you suggested.

(Please don't suggest embedding the form using a iFrame embed method. I have tried it and it messes my layout a lot.)

     2) Second problem is in Section V - References page

If you click on the Next button on this page without filling out the required fields, a error message is displayed and those fields are highlighted in red (as expected). But, when you scroll up and click on last name and phone number fields the layout is messes up and is cut out.

Not sure what the problem is.  Please help!

    Thanks,

    Madhu

Try replacing your current embed code with the iFrame code:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

This usually allows embedded form to function much more smoothly on IOS devices.  It will also insulate your form from the rest of your page and ensure there are no conflicts between anything running in your page and the form.

If that still does not allow the form to function correctly, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

    Thanks for your response.

I tried embedding the form with iFrame code. It changes the layout of my form on the desktop and few other issues. I don't want to start new issues with the form.

There should be another solution without having to constantly switch the embed method.

Can you please take a look at my form on iPad and let me know what could be the problem?

    I would appreciate it.

    Thanks,

    Madhu.

    Hi Madhu,

I noticed that the Responsive form setting of your form is set to No. Can you try to set the Responsive Form setting of your form to Yes and see if it will now work?
