When I export data to an excel or csv spreadsheet, the date format is out of sync

    - The date format in the column looks like this

    06 22 2015
    06 09 2015
    06 05 2015
    05 27 2015
    05 27 2015
    05 15 2015
    05 15 2015
    12 01 2014

Because of this, I cannot format the cells to change the date format.  It also means that it is not picking up the date ranges that I am setting for selected data to track.  Can you please advise what to do???

Still waiting on an answer to this thread?  Support have answered questions from other people after my thread.  I am waiting on a response so I can figure out whether JotForm can fix this issue or I need to move to another platform.

    Hello,

Please disregard my reply on your other post. This has the details I asked there. :)

It is clear to me now that you are referring to the downloaded submissions on excel. However, I can't seem to reproduce the problem. Both the submissions date and the date field appears to have a delimiter which appears to be a correct date format when opened on excel. I have tested this with my form.

I have also managed to change it's format.

If you are having troubles with your form, please let us know which form so we can check it here. Thanks!
