    Hi Jotform,

     

    Would like to inform you that I would like to stop using jotform for my account under "junwei229"

    I have checked you account and you are on an active Economy subscription under the old prices.

    I can initiate a cancellation and refund you the amount paid for the October period, kindly confirm if you want us to proceed with the action.

    Once this is done you will be downgraded to the free plan, do you also want to permanently delete you account after this?

    Okay, I have initiated the cancellation and refunded the amount paid. Your account is now on the free plan.

    Please let us know if there is anything else you need.
