I am having the same problem!  Has this been fixed yet?  If not, I will be pulling out of JotForms because this is a function WE MUST have.  How do you get your data range functions to work if the date formats are changing once they reach excel???

Yes there's no update on the thread but we would like to know if you want the same feature as the user desire. Am I right that you are referring to the submissions when you download them on excel? So you want to retain the date format as it appears on the submissions page? If yes, you can actually achieve this using ms excel software after you have downloaded the file. Here's one I can recommend http://ccm.net/forum/affich-661205-change-date-format-dd-mm-yyyy-to-dd-mm-yyyy.

If there's anything else you want to add or if you need further help, please let us know. Thanks!
