Update All Submission Records to Add a 0 before the Phone Number

Hi, Have form has for example 1000 records i need to update all of the records for example if i have phone number like this

500500 i want to add 0 before each record.

how i can do this?

I believe I understand that you mean though I'm not entirely sure. It seems to me that you want to update all of your submissions (records as you are calling them) for a form phone number field to include a " 0 " before each of them? And you want this done all at once via a mass update to each? 

So for example you have 3 submissions with the phone number you want to be able to update all of those to have a 0 in the begging of each submission that you've already received.

Submission A = Phone: "0" 500500

Submission B = Phone: "0" 500501

Submission C = Phone: "0" 500502

"  Etc, Etc, Etc.....       "

Can you please confirm that's what you are talking about above or correct me in case I have misunderstood you in any way?

Unfortunately, to my knowledge we don't have an exact method of "mass editing" "all submissions" per say that I know of as of right now since it is only possible to edit submissions one at a time.

However, One way you could work around the issue to make it work to your advantage would be to download your submissions as an export to Excel and Csv. You could then use your spreadsheet software to make those changes quickly. Once done you can then re-import them with our Import Data App to get them with the updated Phone Number back onto your form.
