I have developed a survey on word and want to transfer information..how do I do that?

Are you saying that you have a survey/form that is made in Microsoft Word? I'm afraid that there are no options for uploading forms from Microsoft Word into our system - you will have to re-create such a form manually by using our easy Form Builder.
