I was creating a sample before signing up, but could not go on to 2nd page. The form(s) I want to create and use are never 1 page. Also, my sales team would be using a couple of the forms over and over. Can they login as salesteam and use the same form multiple times. Is there a place to save the forms, or just email them?

You can indeed create multi page forms using page breaks:
To save your forms, you would need to register a Free account. Sign up for an account and you will be able to access your forms and their submission data.
The forms will be saved in your account and will be available online:
The form can be filled out without the need to log in. Your sales team can fill out the same form multiple times.
If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

We can only use the form 100 times – or does this have to do with receiving payments? Also, can we save the forms we create to our server? Some of our techs will not have access to the internet on job sites but will need to access our forms.

We also recommend creating an account first before proceeeding. You can signup for an account using your email account by using this URL

You can read more details about the different subscription plans in the Pricing page here
For the FREE account you can have a total of 100 submission count per month. The counter resets back to zero(0) every 1st day of each month.
If you exceed the limits of 100 submission (for Free account), your account will be temporarily disabled and will not allow submissions. You either upgrade for next higher plan or wait for the reset to happen again. Upgrading to the paid plans will expand the submission limits.
