Problem with exporting form to PDF

    Hello, I have problem with exporting to PDF. 

     

    If I create a new PDF form (about one hundred questions with options) the final PDF file is from older version of the form. It has only 4 pages. But it actually must be about 30 A4 pages.

    If I try clone it and export it as a new file, it will appear these information...

     

    What can I do? What I do wrong?

    Please do note that the export to PDF option is available and can be used on various forms, but if the form is large, it will not work. The is even more true if the form is very large, when there can be many different things happening due to it.

    What I would suggest is to either create smaller set of forms and export them to PDF or to use the online form instead of PDF form.
