Applicant's form not recieved?

Hi -

I have an applicant to one of my forms that said they submitted, but their materials were never received on our end. 

Is there a way to check whether the submission came through?

Any completed submission will show in the submission view for your form:

http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

If it is not there, there may have been an issue when completing their submission.  Browser time out, internet connectivity issues, something of that nature. 

We only have a log of complete submissions, there is no way for us to tell if someone attempted to submit the form but did not finish.
