Need to Cancel Subscription since we are Done with Forms for now

    Good Afternoon, I am now done using the form and took the form off our website.

    It worked out perfectly and I will use this again in the future.

    I want to make sure we do not get billed going forward.

    I see that you have a Bronze Subscription with us but you are done with using your form for the time being and wish to cancel it without being billed in the future as of right now.

    Please refer to this guide here http://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-back-to-Free-Account to downgrade your account back to the free starter plan.

    Alternatively, we can cancel it for you per your request.
