I understand that you want to change the folders on the Google Drive integrated with your JotForm. It is required to remove the current integration and re-integrate the drive again. Please follow the steps below :
1. Open your JotForm in edit mode
2. Click on Integrations icon to open the Integration wizard
3. Click on Google Drive icon to open the Google Drive integration. You'll notice a tick mark on the right-top of the icon indicates the existing integration.
4. Click on Remove integration button to remove the current Google Drive integration
5. Now, re-integrate the Google Drive to setup receiving submissions to a new or different folder in your Google Drive.

Thank you for your response , I can not find a remove integration button. Where can I find this button?

Kiran,
For whatever reason I can not select any options from this page and it will not let me close. I am working on Chrome and have also tried opening in IE with the same result.

I checked the form in your account and indeed, I am unable to get the integration pop-up to come up when I click on the integration in the list.
Try accessing the site from:
To see if that allow for the pop-up to come up.
If not, we can forward this to our development team to have a closer look.

I've tried access the Integrations wizard in your JotForm and was able to get into it without any issue now.
Since we have some updates done recently today, could you please try the wizard once again? If you still experience the issue, we request you to check with https://www.jotform.com on a private/incognito window and let us know the results.
