i've tried several times to resend the confirmation mail, but I'm not seeing it in my mail. what do I do, pls. I need to get this done asap. thanks

    Could you please indicate the form that is in question. I have reviewed your email, which is associated with a GUEST ACCOUNT, and it does not contain any forms.

    How do you mean form, pls? Whats a form?
    Also I'm trying to use a friend's account to upload a 4 gig video, but it
    not being possible. Is there any other way I can do That?

    You have contacted Jotform support team, and Jotform is an easy Form Builder. Our tools are designed for creating surveys and forms, collecting data through forms or surveys, and downloading this data to your own computer or forwarding it to one of the many supported third-party services, such as to your Google Spreadsheets account and similar.

    With that said, I'm afraid it is not entirely clear to us what you are trying to achieve - are you asking us about help in uploading videos to Vimeo? I'm afraid that for help with Vimeo, you'd have to use Vimeo's Help Center instead: https://vimeo.com/help

    If you instead need any assistance with creating your forms on Jotform, please do explain in a little more detail what you are trying to achieve, and we will be happy to help. I also do not see any confirmation emails being sent from our system to your email address.
