1 Email Not Recieving Submissions AGAIN

    Hello Jotform,

Once again I am having issues receiving submissions to 1 specific email.  2 of my forms, (Summit Park Maintenance Request, and Summit Park Sidebar Contact) both send submissions to SummitPark@uchweb.com.  For the past 6 days this email address has not been receiving submissions from either of these forms.  This has happened to me in the past with a different form and I was told this email was added to some bounce list.  I DO NOT want any of the emails I am sending submissions out to to EVER be added to this bounce list.  It is extremely important that these submissions make it to the property managers as soon as possible and these delays are causing us some serious issues.  This has happened multiple times with my UCity@uchweb.com email address.  We added all of the suggested emails to the whitelist and followed all the instructions you sent me in the past yet I am still running into these errors.  What can I do to assure that none of my emails that I set as the recipients of submissions will ever be added to the bounce list?  I am tired of having to contact you with the same issue once a month and I will do anything to make it stop.

PLEASE remove SummitPark@uchweb.com from the bounce list and help me make sure this never happens again.

    Hi,

The emails were indeed failing to but this time they were unable to be delivered to your address due to timing out.  The addresses are added to this list if the emails are rejected or blocked as spam.  This is something done automatically when too many emails are rejected.  The best thing to do is ensure our most recent list of IP's and domains are whitelisted with your provider.

We have recently updated our services and one of the newer domains may have been blocked.

My apologies for the frustration this has caused.  We are unfortunately at the mercy of Amazon when it comes to bounced emails and must block addresses the have too many bounces.

You can use a service such as Mandrill to send the emails instead:

This would take our services out of the equation and give you much more control.
