Conditions Tool causing the Form Builder to hang up

    If you navigate to the checkbox labeled Cabinet (check to expand), when I attempt to change the conditions, my scrollbar disappears within the browser. I have tried clearing the cache of the form and tried to check the different conditions from the above toolbar.

    When the scrollbar disappears, I lose the ability to change anything and have to reload the browser to try all over again, but it still doesn't work.

    I was able to reproduced the problem when I checked on your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/52681902174153

    After using the Conditions button on the toolbar on top, the Form Builder hang and lock up preventing scrolling on the form.

     

    I think it was due to the huge size and lots of elements currently on the form.

    I could not open the Condition Wizard to check if there is any condition rules that could be causing the problem. I did see an error on the browser console that got triggered when using the Conditions feature.

    I will forward this issue to our higher team support so that they can check and find a fix to the probelm of this form.

    Hi Omur, I am still getting an error when I try to download the form.  Its  nots fixed.  Please advise.  thank you

    Hi,

     

    I checked your form and I was able to access of the form in the form builder properly. 

     

    I was not able to see any errors. Can you try again and check if it is working now on your end? If the issue still persists, can you provide us a screenshot of the error you are encountering so we can further investigate the issue?
