    Test Email and Notification aren't sent to .coach TLD

    I sent a "test mail" in the jotform mail notification setup, but it seems not to be sent.

    It did work fine with my previous old mailaddress, e.g. 123@name.ch, but now I want that notification mails are sent to my new mailaddress, which comes with a new top-level-domain ending = .coach. So my mailaddress looks like this : 123@name.coach

    Is there any problem in sending from Jotform notification to a .coach mail address.

    Having said that : the .coach mail address works fine in all other areas

    Hi Roger,

    It looks like there's an issue sending the emails to .coach domain name. If you check your email history, you will see some failed logs for your new email address.

    Here's how to view the email history in your account: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.

    I have now forwarded this thread to our developers so they can check further. If there are updates, you should know it in this thread.

    For now, please try doing our recommendation from this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues. Especially, the whitelisting part.

    Hi Roger,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. Emails are now being successfully sent to .coach TLDs. I sent a test email on one of your forms to confirm.
