Email not received when password reset option was used

    The button to send password reset instructions to my email isn't working. I haven't received an email .

    Looking at the email that you have used to contact us over Emily I was not able to find your account, but looking at the domain and the email logs, I see that you have tried to log into BookingsCoexist account.

    Since you have used the username, the password reset was sent to the email that is associated with the account, not to the email address that you have contacted us over.

    Now, since the emails do not match we can not reveal the exact email associated with the account, but I would suggest checking with others in your company to see the exact email that is being used.
