Our customers complained that they send payment but it did not process payment. There are a lot of incomplete transactions. Our customer is having hard time to complete the transaction. They have to try several times before it is completed. Please check on how our set up was done.

Have you embedded your form to your website? Can you try re-embedding your form using the iFrame embed method and see if solves the issue?
